Costumes come down in Trinidad, Sails go up in Tobago!
As the Carnival festivities wind down in Trinidad, a Carnival of a different nature will be casting off on Pigeon Point beach from the 19th- 21st February at the second annual Tobago Carnival Regatta, dubbed "A Festival of Wind!"
