On a soaked pitch following 2 days of heavy rain that flooded many areas of the island, Trinidad and Tobago after missing a number of chances rained goals on Cuba. Kenwyne Jones hit the back of the net in the 67th minute from a Yorke Jones combination. The second goal was scored minutes after by Dwight Yorke, again from Yorke Jones combination. The third came off the boot of Keon Daniel 1 minute before the end of play.
