When asked about the relevance and necessity of such a development program for T&T’s national players, Nataki Kerr, deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Under 17 Women’s World Cup’s Local Organizing Committee offered this statement, “These training sessions are critical because one of the important goals of this World Cup is to leave a legacy and to prepare the girls for life outside of the game. These life skills are extremely essential to their overall development”.
Ms. Kerr also stated, “Bmobile has always been an avid supporter of Football. It have delivered service beyond the terms and conditions of the agreement among themselves, LOC and FIFA and for this we are extremely grateful”.

Ms. Kerr shared that there was a feeling of excitement amongst all involved heading into the tournament and although the pace was hectic the team indeed looked forward to giving their best showing for their country in front of the whole world.
